Michaels classes are taught with such confidence and expertise. Not only are you getting an amazing workout, but also such a beautiful stillness within, allowing you to become at one with yourself.
He creates a beautiful ambient setting for his class to take place and exudes a beautiful warm energy that is extended to each and every one of his students.
Michaels classes are known to have waiting lists due to popular demand, but please hang in there as it really will be worth the wait...
