- Paul Woods Review added: 2018.06.16★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆From the start Brian was first class, he advised us well and such a decent guy, the work force was first class, a pleasure to have working for us, the conservatory was better than we expected and love it, the whole process was above excellent - HOWEVER, the after sales service once they have your money is totally unacceptable, despite many calls to Graham who never returns calls, I am still waiting for the guarantee and paperwork some 6 months later, one of the guys accidentally walked off with my extension lead and despite promises from Graham to replace it some 6 months ago - please pick up the phone and call me, you did when you wanted my final payment - WHY let yourselves down and your work force, as prior to final payment you would have got my recommendation every day of the week, such a shame, it only takes one thing and yours is bad after sales service
